Ordered two chicken & waffle breakfast sandwiches. When I got my order home, I was disappointed to find that I had been given two bacon & cheese biscuits (Coulda eaten it, but I can’t eat pork). I tried to call the store over 25 times, but got no answer. Tried to call corporate, only got a voicemail. I ended up having to look up other Hardee’s locations owned by the same owner as the one on Broadway. First, I called the Lamar Alexander location several times, but just like Broadway, no one answered. Finally, I called the one of 411 and someone actually answered. The manager at the 411 store had to call the manager at the Broadway store, (Diana), on her personal cell phone in order to tell her to answer the phone. I waited a few minutes and after three more attempts at calling the Broadway store, Diana finally answered. This entire process of simply trying to speak with a staff member took a whopping 45 minutes! I realize stores get busy and may be understaffed, but this is no excuse for not answering the phone. After all, Diana found the time to answer her personal phone, but was too busy to answer the store phone! What a joke! I think we’re finished with Hardee’s from now on. They will soon go out of business. It’s highly evident that they do not care about the continuous loss of customers. *UPDATE: Went back to Hardee’s this morning to get the chicken & waffle sandwiches that they didn’t give me yesterday. Guess what? No waffles. That’s right, I drove all the way back to Hardee’s to get the order that they screwed up yesterday and they didn’t even have the supplies to make my order. Read moreLazy, incompetent, people. Rude. Nothing is ever right and have to wait 30 minutes for a to-go order. Everytime they come up with a new reason not to work. Tonight it was we turned our fryer off..(open for 2 more hours). How do they make money like that. Told me that I couldn't order something because they didn't want to fix it. Update, went back to Hardee's to give them 1 more chance. I asked if they were frying chicken tonight. The 'shift leader' said yea why. I told her that they shut the fryer down the previous night and wasn't frying anything else. She said she she worked last night and they keep the fryers on past closing. I told her last night they did not. (If she was working wouldn't she have known that). She proceeds to tell me 'oh they must of just been being lazy'. Like it was no big deal that they missed out on a $50 order. This place is ridiculous. Last trip there period. You failed Hardee's. An employee was sitting on the ground ( seemed to be counting money) I was as not noticed at the window until the money exchange or nightly deposit was complete. Finally, one of the women came to the window and told me the registers were down. I was pretty upset at this point. But what could I do? It seems as if this particular location has a problem. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened to me. Now it has happened on multiple occasions I feel the need to share my story and make it known. If it’s not convenient for the employees it definitely will not be convenient for the customer. Even though it is extremely close to my home. They do not deserve custom loyalty!!!!
