My mother and I LOVE the donuts here. They’re fresh and yummy and unlike anything else. This morning however we experienced the worst service. I’m writing a review in hopes that they’ll see this and remember how not to treat the next person who comes along. The lady came to the window on her phone talking to someone. Asked for our order, looked extremely confused as to why we were there, did not acknowledge she even hear the order, shuts the window, then left to the back of the shop. Other customers then walk in to the establishment while we are still at the window. She comes back to the window with earbuds in, still talking to someone and stands at the window just talking and looking around. She opens the window, still looking confused and unbothered. We sat there for a good 5 minutes watching her talk to herself in front of the window and the other customers. We ended up driving off and at that point she finally reacted to something and looked panicked. But too little too late…. We will try...
Read moreI hate leaving negative or neutral reviews but. I made a special trip because of all the great reviews. And I was craving Donut's for a few days. I got a dozen donuts and a bacon egg and cheese crescent. I asked for extra egg please I will pay extra if I need too. She didn't answer me because she was walking away. Like she just wanted me to hurry and leave. I got home it had one egg, one piece of bacon and cheese you couldn't even tell it was a breakfast sandwich at all it just looked like a flat creasant. I had to cook eggs to even get any flavor other than the cresant. I have had bet ones at Sonic. The donuts are very typical so I don't get the great reviews. They taste like the once I get at Kroger. You taste mainly powdered sugar and lard. Maybe allot of people like that. I just expected more. They are good just...
Read moreThis place is my favorite donut shop in Knoxville probably even all of Tennessee. They are a classic donut shop that doesn’t do any of the crazy donuts with wild toppings, just your classic donuts and they do them to perfection. They make the lightest, most fluffy & soft donuts I have ever had. They also 1 of the few shops in the area that serve classic (cheese/cheese & jalapeño) kolaches (pigs in a blanket) but Donut Palaces kolaches are miles above the other shops so it wouldn’t even be fair to compare them to one another. Donut Palaces reminds me EXACTLY of the small donut shop in TX I’d go to as a kid and I couldn’t recommend a...
