Depending on which employees are working that day the toppings are not switched out to fresh ones after lunch, barely any cleaning of the floors and soda machine area, restrooms are filthy and smell horrible.. Btw I can see why they can't keep employees.. I went into working at this location recently for the second time, and I was treated horribly by the women employees that i worked with because I did my job right and knew what i was doing from previous employment at this location. The other employees literally teamed up against me to basically black mail me and get me fired. May sound crazy, but i would not make up some b.s like this.. I'm a single mom, basically homeless trying to get my life together for myself and son.. I was offered a management position within a little over a week of working there.. The other employees were exptremely pissed off that some one new coming into the store was offered management because they had been working there way longer than me.. Money went missing/missplaced, or even stolen I dont know What happened to it. . but because of my background in the past outside of work they got together and framed me saying that i stole money from the store.. When I hadnt even been at the register once to place an order since I started working back there again.. It really upsets me how cruel and ignorant people can be.. If they would have known me 4/5 years ago and how I used to treat ppl, how horrible and selfish of a person I was towards people then and how I would have handled the situation back then i would probably be in jail.. Anyway I've come a VERY long way for the better and it hurts so bad when everybody around me wants me to fail.. Its like they want me to Go stay sick, vulnerable, careless, ignorant, unproductive, unhealthy and stuck at bottom.. Don't get me wrong I completely understand why the employees were so upset that someone working there a week was offered management, but Damn be happy for some one who's come so far.. Read moreThe service in the beginning was fine. The person behind the counter was a little standoffish, which is totally fine. Everybody has their days, but when we received our order, the breads were mixed up for me and my sister, which is disappointing but fine. We are just gonna let it go, but then my sister looked in her sandwich and there was a hair in it so we got to the point where she needs to say something, she goes up to the counter to report this to the person working behind the counter. She lost her appetite and she’s requesting a refund after about eating 25% of the sandwich. The person behind the counter, instead of correcting this mistake, got combative and said “the other people you are with don’t have a hair in their sandwich” that was his answer. I knew the hair in the sandwich was his. He did not have protective wear for his facial hair. His unfriendly demeanor became very rude and confrontational, my family and I felt extremely uncomfortable and just decided to leave. This is considered bad costumer service, but this person was just very offensive. I called to report his behavior to a supervisor, again we were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, the person on the other end of the phone was sharp,unfriendly, and again mean. I was planning on getting us both a sandwich but in the mist of me trying to put my order in , the sandwich maker ( brown skin guy with glasses ) was being extremely rude. He started off asking me my breads. I told him , then began telling him what I wanted on each sandwich, every single topping I said before I could say what I wanted next he would was barking at me “ WHAT ELSE “ “ WHAT CHEESE “ ect. literally cutting me off as I’m speaking. Just being extremely rude. I said I’m trying to tell you if you just stop cutting me off , he still continued to interrupt me at every single topping. Finally I just end up telling me forgot it I dont even want the food any more because the service is horrible. He was also being rude to the lady behind me as well so much so that she ended up apologizing to him because she wasn’t saying her order fast enough for him either. After I told him never mind I don’t want the sandwich another worker , a girl with red hair, started laughing so loud like it was something funny about how the sandwich maker was treating customers.
