Stopped by this evening for the first time & let me tell you this place was an absolute BLAST!!!. We live in South Knoxville & usually hit up XUL & others in the downtown Knoxville area on the weekends. This little spot put those Knoxville breweries in check real quick. They started karaoke about 30 minutes after we got there & the entire place was singing & having a damn good time, including the three bartenders. They also have a food menu from an Italian restaurant that's about one block way, Amici. Our pizza was quickly delivered after ordering & it definitely was a more authentic Italian pizza than most I've had around the Knoxville area. Also bc they do not actually serve food on site , they allow your dogs to join you on the inside which is a huge plus in the heat of the Summer to be in a climate controlled environment. We will definitely be hitting this little spot up again in the future. Thank you for the fantastic service & every beer I tried was worth ordering again & again!!!

Nice sized bar and a moderate amount of seating inside and a patio with four picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and astroturf. Ample parking too. The beer itself is quite good. We had the blonde and all the ales (pale; IPA, RyePA) and not a bad beer out of all that we tried. Bartenders are very pleasant and helpful. A nice addition to the craft breweries in the Maryville area.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner Sean by way of working across the street doing Banquet Events. He was super nice and gave me a tour of his establishment and future goals for his brewery at his building next door which is in works for growing his business. It was such a chillax atmosphere and his bartender Julie was amazing! I got the true VIP at Swara Brewing Company!

Session IPA 5.2abv good, very light hop up front some bitter on the finish (too light no hop even for a S-IPA and the abv is too hi, not even a good Pale) 16oz? ; hazy IPA 6.7abv (exact same as above, no character, overall disappointing) 16oz? ; (7$ ea is a ripoff) Dedicated parking , easy to miss poor signage , good WiFi , serving sizes and prices are NOT clearly listed , outdoor seating , 1 big TV (not turned on) , dog friendly , 12 beer type things on tap today (3 are hi-abv or belgo things) , no Pils, Pale, Brown, Porter, WCoast IPA today , mug...
