McDonald's — Restaurant in Mason

I visit this location 2-3x per week. It’s not been good service for several months if not a year. I can’t remember the last time I got my food at the window, I am asked every single time to pull forward or pull into a spot and someone bring my food out after 5-10 minutes. When I do happen to go inside (which has been more frequent lately) there is often 2-3 employees sitting down taking a break while I’m standing at the register not being served. Kids are always in the back playing around and not paying attention. I often get the inncorrect drink, I always order Diet Coke and normally end up with regular coke. This is the closest store to my house. I will say the morning crew is normally on their game, very friendly and has things right. It’s the afternoon and evening that is a mess. I think I will start traveling to the cedar st location because it’s not a mess there, they are friendly and...

First of all HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALERT! FOOD IS ALWAYS PINK AND UNDER COOKED

2ND-Way under staff the cooks are jerks and it took me 25 minutes to get my family food and I even went in I was the first person in line and the cook was cooking everybody's food except for mine the woman working at the counter kept telling him to make my order and instead of keeping the customers happy he may have had a problem with who was telling him what to do and made everybody else's food probably 10 customers before he got to mine because I finally got mad went behind the counter found the manager and notified her then the cook continued to call me a b* loud enough for me to hear it everybody is so disrespectful the manager was great other than that everybody service was terrible I will never go back there again especially when fast food takes 25 minutes there!! ZERO...

I would give a Zero if possible! Don’t eat at this Mcdonald’s!! My wife and I visited this restaurant on 11/22/23 at 9:45 pm. The lousy customer service started at the drive through window when the employee was speaking in an unintelligible manner, thinking it was funny to hear us ask him to repeat himself three times. We could also see him laughing with another employee in the window. Not sure why but we proceeded to order our food. We waited for over 15 minutes for our food!

That said, the food was HORRIBLE! The fries were cold, both Big Mac and quarter pounder had a glob of mustard in the center and was also ice cold. The owner of this Mcdonald’s should provide re-training for these employees or fire them. Apparently we were their entertainment...
