Dolfi's — Restaurant in Masontown

I'm hesitant to bash small restaurants because I worked at schmitt's saloon for a few years but this place is incredibly bad. I've given it a few tries and tonight was by far the worst service I've ever had. It wasn't a typical busy night where things are just backed up and you have to wait a little longer. We waited over an hour for our order : 18 wings 12 were BBQ 6 were butter garlic cheese poppers fries and a kids spaghetti. They brought 24 wings 12 BBQ 12 mild then proceeded to bring another set of hot sauces out before getting it right on the third try, they never brought the poppers or fries out and we waited well over an hour with a hungry 5 year old. They never checked on us after bringing out the food to ensure it was right, ask if we wanted a refill, anything at all like that which could've resolved this issue before it got out of hand. Being that we got the 4 cups of mild I decided to try it and it tastes like Frank's red hot mixed with cheap butter and water, the wings are completely unseasoned, the kids spaghetti has chunks of peppers and stuff in it which may seem like a petty argueme t but kids are picky, and the menu has 2 options for kids and that's it. This place also uses bottled drinks. The owner is too cheap to even invest in a fountain drink machine. This place wouldn't be able to exist anywhere else...

The first time I went here it was great. I went by myself. Service was attentive and quick and the food was good. It reminded me of a restaurant back home that I really liked... I went again recently with my family and although the food was still very good, the service was probably the worst I've had in a very long time. Despite not being very crowded, they seemed to keep forgetting about us. We ended up staying there for about two and a half hours because of it. At one point the manager came out to inform us that they needed to close soon... We had been waiting probably at least 20 minutes more for our check and to go desserts... Thankfully, she took care of us and I think got us out quicker than we would have otherwise at that point. Dear manager, believe me, we would have left sooner for you if we could. In the future we might grab food there again, but it's going to be a to-go order and desserts. Again, food was excellent, but the service could have been a lot better. The server was also quite nice, but it did feel like we were forgotten most...

Very rarely review anything and when I do, I’m that disappointed. Where to even begin? First time, I asked for a flatbread and they gave me breadsticks. Whatever, I still ate them. I ordered wings with a large sauce on the side, they gave me a little tiny one to feed my boyfriend and I - a dozen WHOLE wings!! I had to drive back out and complain to get what I needed. Ordered again tonight because my boyfriend loves the pizza 🙄, and I wanted an antipasta salad and when the woman in the background told the woman on the phone no, I had asked why. The woman on the phone had no idea, asked whoever was in the background, took her a couple seconds to reply saying, the manager said we are to busy to make anything for takeout other than pizza, so do you want me to cancel your order? I said no. So rude, disrespectful, ignorant, and if it wasn’t for my boyfriend loving their pizza, I wouldn’t spend...
