East of Chicago Pizza Mayflower — Restaurant in Massillon

Was charged more than the site and coupon sheet shows for the pizza, was told their cost went up. I can understand price changes and can't modify coupons already in the hands of people. What I can't understand is the prices on the website not being updated and the fact they still tape the same coupon sheet onto every new box AFTER they allegedly changed their prices... If you're not going to honor those discounted prices, then stop including the same coupon sheet with the old prices. Additionally, I have been charged full price on one topping pizza because I refuse to get the 3 toppings in order to get the price of the special. Why am I required to get all 3 toppings to get the special price? What's the difference if I were to say "yeah give me these 3 toppings, just don't put them on the pizza, throw them in the trash instead"??? It makes zero sense, so it's like I'm penalized for only getting 1 topping instead of all 3, when it costs more for them to produce 3 toppings than 1 topping. I don't understand the negative reviews. Always excellent pizza and service no matter what day or what time of day I order. Even when delivery times are quite slow, I don't hold it against them knowing people aren't wanting to apply and work. Even then, they tell me if delivery is going to take awhile before I place my order so that I know to expect a longer than usual delivery and I often still get it even way sooner than told. If you don't want to wait for long delivery times, go pick it up. I guess that's something you'll have to tolerate if you want the perk of being able to stay home and not go anywhere. I attempted to order a delivery order, after a short conversation about where I lived, (he didn't even get the whole address) he said they don't deliver here then he said I could order through door dash, then while I was attempting to ask how to do it through door dash, he said "I gotta go" and hung up on me without explaining how I could do it. Door dash isn't offered on their site or app. He could have placed me on hold and answered the other phone since I was asking a question.....
