Jay's Pizza — Restaurant in Massillon

Spent $40 they made me leave a tip before I even could witness the service of the driver.. took over an hr I ordered a large they gave me a small or medium.. pizza was cold crust was hard. I gave a fellow truck driver a slice he told me on the cb radio “preciate the cardboard pizza” the wings sucked very dry with some red sauce on them wasn’t good at all.. macaroni bites needed to be baked or cooked a little longer.. I won’t order from here again I felt ripped off I don’t see how they have this many comments saying the food...

Just tried Jay's for the first time, when I called right off the bat I was treated well cheerful and a delight, I asked if they believed cuz of the virus I find as a truck driver places are not delivering, the young lady I talked to seemed more than pleased to deliver, the pizza was good not bad but far from worse and yes I will be calling again, garlic cheesy bread was great a bit oily for me but still so so good. Thanks for the great food and will be calling...

I want to start off by saying I live local to this place and order from here often...It's hard to leave reviews for pizza places unless they are just horrible or just off the chart good. And this place is surely not horrible but it surely is not the best, hence only 3 stars. There is a world of pizza out there but for a good non-franchise name that is local, this is where it is at!
