Benders West End Tavern — Restaurant in Massillon

Went on there last night to get a drink with my friend and left laughing at the INCREDIBLY RUDE bartender. I have been in customer service all of my life and never met someone so rude. There were two female bartenders and i believe one male kitchen staff. They had about 13 customers inside the bar, a couple of them not sitting at the bar but playing pool. Both bartenders were giggling back and forth. They made a couple shots and one was doing dishes. Neither got our order and we sat with nothing for 10 minutes if not longer. Once we finally got our drinks they were fine. I got a phone call and decided we were going to meet another friend. We paid cash, it was $8. We drank our beverages and got ready to go. The bartender that didn't make our drinks came over and never offered another drink but asked what our tab was. We said we paid cash gesturing to the dollar bill on the counter. She instantly got extremely rude and said three times thanks FOR THIS WHOLE DOLLAR. She peeled it off of the not attended to dirty bar and walked away. I hesitate to say how great the wings are because I enjoy the quiet, small town feeling in this bar, and I don't want it to get so busy! The owners are making a lot of updates and so far, I believe the updates have raised the ambiance of the place to very warm and comfortable.
