Horrible experience every time I go in there. The proceed to hand me a blizzard with a lid on it and I said aren't you supposed to have it upside down or I get it for free and he laughed in my face and said no. Well I called a different dairy Queen to find out the policy and yes they have to show you your blizzard upside down but nope not at this one and be prepared to be disrespected by the employees while you're waiting on your food they will be talking about you and rolling their eyes! The food is always great, the staff today had a piss poor attitude. I always say thank you, have a great day, i get greeted with rudeness and silence. It could just be that this particular staff member was having a bad day, or it could be poor leadership. If this is the case, management needs to step it up and treat their staff like r human beings. I have food serivce management experience and I've seen poor management. If the leadership is subpar, they either need retraining or they need to choose a different career. The manager uses truth finder for background checks which are illegal and inaccurate.. During my interview he did this illegal background check on the spot and when i told him if he wasnt using a ss number he was doing it illegally he basically blew me off.. kept asking me how i broke out of prison i kept telling him id never been and his illegal background check was incorrect. I finally got mad after him asking how i got out o f prison 10 times and told him if he really though it was true to call the police on me and they would sort it out for him..
