After an unforgettable hike on the Haleakalā trail, I stopped by this cozy café — and it was the perfect ending to a perfect day. I ordered a burger, a hot dog, and a coffee, and honestly, everything was incredible. The burger tasted homemade, the hot dog was juicy and flavorful, and the coffee… just wow — rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed.

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. You can tell they care about what they do. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting — exactly what you want after a long trek through nature.

If you're anywhere near Haleakalā, do yourself a favor and stop by. Great food, amazing people, and coffee that rivals any high-end café. Absolutely five...

As I’m writing this review, I’m hungry for another burger, not even kidding. We went there in Friday and our burgers and fries were so good, we went back on Saturday for another, even bypassing another burger place on the way.

The bun was perfectly toasty and buttery. The fries are not advertised as seasoned fries but they were so delicious, hot and crispy I didn’t even use the ketchup packets.

Stew and Trina are both happy to have customers and treat everyone with respect which is evident in their food, of course, but also in their communication.

I can’t recall having a better burger elsewhere, not just on Maui but the mainland included.

Delicious burger stop. After visiting the national park, we were hungry for some snacks. We were lucky enough to come across Stew‘s burger. It’s well marked and we saw it on the way in and we’re excited to see it on the way out. We ordered a mix of burgers, including the double cheeseburger for myself. The burgers were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. I like a little bit of greenery with my burger, so I went with the classic my wife opted for the one with onion rings and bacon inside.
