Restaurante Paisajes Curet — Restaurant in Maunabo

Had the most terrible experience at this restaurant. Friends and I stopped by today and ordered a small appetizer and instead waitress delivered a larger size appetizer and staffs including chef gave us no choice but had to pay for the full price. On top of that, we ordered rice with crabs and asked the waitress if it’s real crabs in advance as we were ordering and she said “yes it comes with real crabs.” When the meal came out, it was just rice and crab shells and there was not a single crab meat in there. The ride was also very hard and dry. It was disgusting. I asked the waitress to take it back and yet we still had to pay for a full price and left the place still hungry. Do not recommend this restaurant as the quality and service is terrible. The waitress had a disgusting face when we complaint about our meal. Uncomfortable environment. Will not return....

I went there on Tuesday about 1:00 pm there was two servers and the restaurant wasn't full. The lady told us to sit where ever we want and so we did, she told that she is coming back in a minute and she forgot that we exist. We were starving 😫 when a man enter to the restaurant from the kitchen after 30 minutes waiting he look at us and saw my annoyed face, he came to ask if something went wrong. I told that we were very hungry and immediately took our order. I got the impression that he was the owner because the ladies start cleaning tables and moved as soon as they saw him. My dad and my sister order was great and delicious but muy mofongo with octopus was in a pool of butter I could not finish my meal it was fatty. Paisajes Curet Restaurant is at the crest of the mountain and has one of the best views overlooking the ocean! It has an inviting entrance. We sat at a table by the window and could see the waves come in and crash and observe the birds flying below us. So the atmosphere was awesome! Inside the restaurant, there are colorful ocean murals on the ceiling adding to the interior atmosphere. It’s conveniently located off the main road and we had ample parking going there during the week.

We ordered the lobster with seafood and French fries with garlic butter. Overall, the dish was good and the portions were also good.
