Hardee’s — Restaurant in Maysville

Stopped by here for some food around 1 on Friday July 12. There was a long line at the drive thru so I decided to walk in. I was shocked to find out the lobby cash register computers were down. The workers were scrambling and is doing their best to provide a good service to the customers. You can’t do a whole lot with one system up and operational from what I can tell. The lunch rush was dying down and the light at end of tunnel was in sight. I interacted with Cheryl. She was very professional and seemed to be doing her best to fight the drive through line with her teammates. I got myself two wraps and a BLT sandwich. The wait for food was not long. Taking the order was longer due to the system being down. Lobby looked amazing. Several road workers in the dining area, all seemed like they were enjoying their meal. I appreciate you all patience especially with dealing with the public. I know people get hangry(hungry and angry) and seem to take it out on food workers. Keep up the good work and don’t let those types of customers get to you. They just mad at the world and you are the ones standing between them and food. So the last few times I have been to this establishment it hasn’t been great and It just keeps getting worse. This time I’m served a burger that is cold through and through and fries that seem like they were left out for an hour and then dropped back into the fryer before handed to me. I took a few bites of my fries and two bites of my sandwich and just threw it all away! I am very displeased with this establishment and how downhill it has become! I also would like tho state that every time I go there, I get nonchalant attitude like nobody wants to work there! Then again they probably don’t make a whole lot to give a crap about a $7 meal and I’m just another face. Although I am sure if they were to spend money on a burger, It definitely wouldn’t be at this Hardee’s! I highly recommend to do better Hardee’s or close down! Stop wasting Maysville time and money! To all those that want better food for the same price, I highly recommend going to Farmer’s kitchen just down the road instead! Better food, better service, and much better atmosphere! This is literally the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. They often don’t get my order correct & often won’t fulfill my special request that is very easy to do like a side of chili that they put on the hotdogs. It’s unfortunate this is the only fast food in the area. I used to work at Hardee’s for 5 years so I know they can do the very simple special requests.

Editing this review since it won’t let me add another. Went back to this Hardee’s in Maysville, NC & ordered 2 jumbo CHILI dogs. I ended up not getting any chili on my hotdogs even though I was asked twice if I wanted chili. I also almost didn’t get my drink if I wouldn’t have said something. THEN I continue to call Hardee’s to complain & there is no answer. I’m so tired of this restaurant & wish it wasn’t the only one in Maysville.
