Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in McAlester

I only gave a one star because I had too!!! We just had the worse experience I've EVER seen! We ordered Pizza online and got there to get it and as we drove off checking the pizza we realized we got the wrong pizza! So we went back in and let them know they gave us the wrong pizza and said we would have to wait 25 minutes for them to make another one, we are in a hurry and have places to be cant wait so requested a refund. The manager yelled at us through the drive through and refused to give us a refund he said online to read the fine print because it was expensive pizza that he couldnt do that....he told us all he can do is have us take the wrong pizza today since we couldnt wait and we still had to pay for it the he couldnt refund it!!! Why would we pay for pizza we didn't want or order??!?!?!?! He also said he could give a 50 % off on one pizza in the future!!! We wont need it we will never go back there and want everyone to know how he just yelled and argued with us when we just wanted our money back and not to have to pay for a pizza we didn't order in the...

We ordered the great Stromboli from simple Simons and McAllister. When we picked it up it was Canadian bacon and bacon on the calzone. We had ordered it from the simple Simons website. We called the store and told them that what we had ordered on the website wasn’t what we got. We looked on the website and it described the great Stromboli is having hamburger meat, mustard, and cheddar. we called a simple Simons and and explained it to them. She said that the great Stromboli had always been a Canadian bacon calzone we offered to send a screenshot of the website. She said that that it didn’t matter if we did or not that they didn’t have a phone to send it to you. She said that that they weren’t affiliated with the website that she said that they were a privately owned store tried to come up with some kind of agreement to get what we ordered and she just started arguing she told us that Next time we would have to order something different. The pizza is pretty good but the service and price is not very good. Tried to call in , first time someone answered and hung up. Called a couple more times no answer. So drove down to store to order an young lady was visiting while the phone was ringing , not once did I see anyone pick it up. Also seemed annoyed I was in there making an order. As far as I am concerned this will be my last order there, I have encountered this more than once at this Simple Simons which really upsets me because I love Stromboli . For a large cheese pizza and Stromboli they charged me 34 dollars . To me that is extremely high when I can go to Pizza Hut an pay...
