I grew up with Pizza Roma. I moved back to Pittsburgh 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was still good after all these years. The one star is not about the food. However, I will never spend another dollar there ever again. I called tonight for delivery. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude from the moment she answered the phone. I gave her my order and tried to help the driver out by giving details on how to find my specific apartment building(I'm in a big complex. It gets a little confusing). She starts screaming that she doesn't need to know and that she's not going to pass it on to the driver anyways. She's telling me that the driver is going to call. I'm trying to explain that my smart phone will tag any unknown caller as spam so again, I'm trying to HELP the driver now. She just kept screaming over me that "it doesn't make a difference" "she will not pass it on" and "wait for the driver to call". She will not listen. She's too busy yelling at me. I got my food. The delivery driver was amazing. The food was good. I tried calling back to talk to a manager aaaaaaaaaand the crazy yelling woman actually IS the manager. So she launches in on me again and now I'm screaming at her to make myself heard. She hung up. The food is good, but it's not worth the verbal abuse. There are plenty of other places to go and I will spend my...

Went in just for pizza last night. First off, there is no signage outside of which side to enter for the restaurant or the bar. Upon entering the dining room there were 2 waitresses behind a stack of 50 or so pizza boxes. They were folding them in the dining room right at the entrance.

There was a lot of choices on the menu, and they were fair priced. We only came in to check out the place and have pizza. We read on their website that they have 20 cent wings on Tuesday and Thursday. The waitresses did their job, but did not go above and beyond.

The place we were told was recently remodeled, but is very unfinished. The drywall was never taped or sanded. The screw holes to hold drywall to studs were never puttied over and sanded. The screws were just painted over. Also the waitress told us not to believe the website for Pizza Roma. The specials are all wrong, and the wings haven't been 20cents in years. Therefore, if they do not care about the dining rooms appearance as I enter, look at the decor--or lack of decor, and cannot update the specials on their website what does that say about how they care about their customers. I will NOT be back to Pizza Roma in N Hills or any of...

Came here for dinner with family on a Friday evening. The place wasn't too busy. We were seated right away and our waitress was very friendly. It was a super hot and humid day in the Burgh, and the cool AC inside the restaurant was a much appreciated reprieve. I ordered the (classic) Calzone, which is cheese along with pepperoni and sausage. While I'm usually super impressed with Roma's food, I felt the flavor was a bit lacking in the calzone. The pepperoni and sausage was rather scarce, and the main element I got was a thick stringy mozzarella cheese. I wish there could have been a bit more flavor infused into the dough or filling, because I found myself smothering my food in the sauce in order to add some flavor. The portions were very big, especially for the price. I was able to split my calzone with my dad, and both of us left full.

First thing's first, the pizza was absolutely delicious. We had ordered the Chicago Style Pizza with sausage , mushroom, and onion, and there is no regrets. The food was very rich and has been some of the freshest pizza I've had in the area. Their cheesy bread is extremely cheesy and delicious as well! I definitely recommend this for an appetizer! My wife had the house salad, and she loved it! Our waitress was on point today! She took care of us and was quick to see if we needed anything and was quick to exchange our drinks before they reached the bottom! Atmosphere was nice and we practically had the space to ourself! I highly recommend giving this place a try! Thank you and we will be seeing you soon!

3 pizzas/dozen wings- $63 before tax and tip! Family is still hungry. These pizzas are super small and not even good tasting. I have no problem paying higher for quality food but this food is horrible! Hands down the worst Buffalo chicken pizza I have ever had and the portion size is pathetic. At first I thought the order was wrong but realized the joke was on me because I actually paid for this “food”. Never again! I wish I could give the food back and my money. I don’t normally give reviews unless they are good but I have to make sure people know about this.
