Stopped by this place on the square in old downtown McComb, MS. Wonderful pleasant surprise. Very friendly staff. Fast turnaround on orders. Awesome food. It's a pizza place at heart, but they have fantastic overloaded sandwiches on hoagie bread and pizza bread. I had a ham and bacon lettuce and tomato hoagie with mozzarella. To die for, ate the whole thing and felt like I was gonna pop, but it was soo good I just couldn't stop eating. It was only a half. Very reasonable prices, the sandwich with a drink was 15 bucks including a 25% tip. They have a large bar that opens later in the day, I think 4pm. The bar is chock full of a large selection of very fine high end liquors. They also have a large well stocked humidor and a very comfortable separate lounge where you can enjoy your cigar. Do not eat here. Stay away!!!! This place has roaches and I witnessed this first hand. When the guy bought our our wing order he also bought out 2 small plates for each of us, when he set the plates on the table my friend and I both notice small things crawling from them onto the table as we looked closer we both recognized them as small roaches. We immediately got up from the table and asked for the manager I told this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. For them to work back there and not see this is beyond me and it also tells me they see them and just don't care. I will personally be contacting the local health department about this incident. First of all we are all so glad that Foxes moved downtown. Very few businesses have done that. And we all want to see our downtown thrive. Foxes has great pizza, other dishes maybe not so good. I'm thinking of the chef salad- tons of chopped iceberg lettuce with processed cheese and ham. The steak sandwich is good. I'm a little uncomfortable in the main dining room- I'm not sure why but I prefer to eat in the bar it's a lot cozier and more colorful.
