I was on Delano, for a graduation, driving from San Diego I arrived around 1:00pm the graduation was going to start at 6: 00pm. And being hungry my wife and I decided to Google some Mexican restaurants in the area, we decided to check Rosa Silvestre because their good ratings, when we arrive to the restaurant were only a few customers there, because this was on a Thursday, there were some very nice paintings and very cool decorations, but our great surprise was the food, it was very fresh, and very delicious, to say the least, I was pleasantly surprised, if you are in the area or live around this area I will highly recommend checking this restaurant, the service is...

If you’re anywhere near McFarland, do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing Mexican restaurant. The food was incredible! I had the pozole and my husband had the menudo; both dishes were served in generous portions and packed with flavor. We’ve had these dishes at many places over the years, and we both agreed that this was easily among the best we’ve ever had.

On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better....
