Taco bell should be pretty standard, but this one does not meet those standards. I have been to this Taco Bell twice and the first time was fine. Nothing to write home about, but exactly what I was expecting. The last time I went however, was miserable. To start things off there were 3 people working there, the manager, who was making all of the food (at the 5 pm dinner rush), a trainee on the register, and someone on drive thru. Orders were coming out very, very slowly, to the point that one lady's food was cold before they even finished making her order. They were out of Baja Blast, Chalupas, and Cinnamon Twists... This was disclosed after my friend and I ordered our meals. Burritos were substituted for the Chalupas without even asking us, the soft taco I was supposed to get was made as a hard taco, the hard taco my friend was supposed to get had lettuce and tomato on it, despite him asking for it to be omitted. I can understand one or two minor things happening at a fast food restaurant, but all of these faults can be traced back to...
Read moreI have had multiple incidents in the McFarland location. At 1st I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I know you can miss an item here and there. But 4 times is too much! I ordered a 12 pack supreme tacos, 2 quesalupas, 3 freezes and a soda. The cashier told me all my tacos were in the box including my quesalupas. Which I found odd since they don’t put tacos that are not part of the party pack in the box. But since the box was falling apart from the bottom I thought my order was complete. When I got to my destination to eat my meal with my family. I was shorted 4 tacos supreme. My 3 drinks (freezes) were not filled properly. She didn’t want to refill them or make me new ones. She said that’s how they are supposed to fill them. I don’t live close by to drive back for my missing items. I shouldn’t have to be driving back for my food. It should be complete since the beginning. I don’t recommend anyone to stop here unless they are willing to pay for food they aren’t...
Read more2/13/25. Still crap. How hard is it to put enough meat in the taco. Lettuce chalupa? That’s a new item. Get it together.
If you want Taco Bell, head up north to Woollomes Ave. that one is a lot better. After frequent visits to this Taco Bell, all orders have been wrong with items being forgotten or hair in the food.
A year later, this place is the worst. If I can I would rate this place zero stars. This place would improve if they can make orders correctly and not serve cold food. I wish this was the only time this happened, but it’s been multiple times throughout last year and this year that I’m simply tired of it. The team leads and shift managers should step up and teach their employees correctly on how to make menu items correctly and input orders correctly. Avoid at all cost especially drive thru unless you want to go back and have them correct...
