Broadway Pizza — Restaurant in McKeesport

Previously I rated this shop 5 stars but after my experience today I will never ever order from them again. I was a customer serval times a month, placed a $300 wing order from them, very loyal. Well today. I ordered a chicken salad. After an hour and a half I get a steak one. Called asking for what I ordered and told them I did not want to wait another hour and a half. The “manager” and I use that term loosely (Taylor) gets on the phone with a huge attitude and tells me that they are busy and I will still have to wait but she will try to get it to me. Keep in mind she has a rude attitude and no people skills. Side note the Genersl manager Matt called me back and told me he heard the entire conversation and that if I want respect I need to give it. I was very nice until Taylor told me I had to wait another hour and a half. They are bringing me another salad but I unfortunately won’t eat it bc they more than likely will spit in it. Sorry broadway and Melissa I will never order from you again!

Update my salad was delivered and it was still wrong (no fries) and the GM Matt told me never to order from them again. Don’t worry I’ll take my party business to...

Worst business around. I place an order on the website. I get a confirmation email. Then a second email ten minutes later that my order is confirmed for preparation. Three hours pass. No food. Still don't know why it confirmed through two emails to be ignored. Then I call the next day to place the same order because my kids still wanted to try it cause they never got it the night before. I call twice both times y'all's phones aren't working it wasn't my phone I called other places right after he hung up on me to make sure my phone was working. It was definitely the businesses phones not working. Since I can't place an order online or over the phone I drove myself the entire way down, to place an order in person. And the one and only worker they have employed at that time isn't enough trained enough to find a menu but somehow he is to be trusted preparing our food? No thank you. To put it bluntly....

i dont even want to give them 1 star but that is the only way i can post i was hooked on their chicken salads the beginning of September i ordered 1 and was delivered a stake salad then the next time i got one the chicken wasnt done all of the way and wasnt cut and i practically had almost a whole onion i ordered from them last night no problem ordered tonight no problem then i called to order another chicken salad around 1030 a girl answered and said can u please hold i said yes then time went on and no one ever came on i hung up called back same girl i asked if they were still delivering and taking orders she hung up on me without saying anything i called back to say something about it same girl put me on hold again i hung up so i will be calling back tomorrow to complain and i will never order from there ever again but i will be saying something very poor...
