I ordered some Snyder's Sweet and Sassy Chips from this company and all bags I received had the expiration date covered with a sticker and were very stale. I contacted the company and Jon told me that my chips were not stale and taste good. This is very bad business practice and you should not be selling expired items. I paid over $30 for these chips and can’t eat them. Jon basically told me I was a liar. Why did you cover the expiration date to the point that the sticker will not come off? I know what fresh and stale tastes like. Update:After posting this review, the president of the company Jon Prince sent me a threatening email stating that I better take this review down or else he would get attorneys involved. These guys are by far the best company I have ever worked with. They are attentive to the customer needs and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

We ordered bulk M&Ms from them and it came very quickly but was partially damaged. No worries though, they replaced it within two days! All the way out here in Portland, OR!
