Ordered a pepperoni magnifico today for lunch. Pictured is an XL pie I received. I mentioned to the maker that it looks quite skimpy in pepperoni vs their ad in the store on the counter vs how it usually comes-- he said some people put too much on there.... Well, he didn't put enough on mine apparently. Check out the screenshot from the app vs what I actually received. I also noticed the edges are quite wide for an XL-- that's a lot of space wasted... Update: I followed the instructions from the owners reply and have not heard back. I even submitted it again days later and still haven't heard back from both attempts. It's been several weeks now and they've had plenty of time to respond to 'make it right'. I don't appreciate the intentional skimping of ingredients as proven by my photos, and the response I think was just to collect my information. Quality and expectations should be the same regardless of an employee's opinion. I've now scratched this place off my preferred 'nearby' pizza list and can no longer recommend. It's back to dominoes... At least if dominoes skimps, yes, they all do at times, they make it right quickly. It's just a pizza. Update: months later, no reply from corporate. Sad really. Still off my list.

These guys were AMAZING and honestly saved my a$$!!! I was hosting a training conference in Allen this week and totally forgot to place my order for Friday. We'll Friday morning at 8AM I go online and order 33 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings. They didn't open until 10:30am, so I called to make sure they saw the order and were able pull thus off. With confidence, Jordan said..... "We've got you. They're going in the over now!" 33 Large pizzas!! And $600 later, everything was a hit! The group loved the food and I could not have been happier. George is the new manager of this location and is an amazing guy!!! He went above and beyond to make certain the order was right! George, Jordan and crew..... thank you again for saving me!! I will 1000% be back for my next conference!! Scott Freeman

Did a custom order with "white sauce". Zero sauce pizza arrived. Just dry flatbread basically. Called to inquire and was at first told they could deliver another. Well, not even five minutes later someone named Brad called me back to tell me that he made the pizza personally and that their "white sauce" was garlic, water and butter which apparently gets soaked up by the thin crust pizza (well duh, it's basically wattered down garlic butter) so it comes out dry. He acknowledged that the description online should be updated to accurately reflect this and apologized but that's all. No offer to send something that actually tastes like pizza.

Wow, I'm about to write a lot. I came in a week ago, and since have done some digging into this store. I ordered my bogo in the app, pretty easy. Nothing about this review being negative is corporates fault. I get there at a time where my pizzas should already be good to go. And I end up having to wait an extra 30 minutes sitting at a table. I was not the only one to experience this. The store owner and his wife were yelling almost the entire time about who knows what. Honestly the girl working in the back looked even more annoyed with it than me. I had witnessed all three workers giving orders and somehow the teenager was the only one who did it maturely and apologized for the wait. While I was waiting for my pizza, I could notice the same girl, who was helping them, try to speed things up. Then proceed to get yelled at and quit on the spot. Things only went downhill from there. I did shortly after that receive my pizzas, so I didn't see how the store faired after she had left. That was just my experience from that night. If I'm being honest I think marcos corporate should find a new owner for this store. I talked to some previous employees and they have told me that the owner is a train wreck. There's outdated machines and questionable storage times. The employees were and are being underpaid and mistreated. Not only that but the hiring practices are shady at best. They had people fill out employment forms that include SSC numbers, and had them do a shift or two, just to not hire them. And they didn't get paid for those shifts either. The pizza still tastes okay because everything comes from the same place as other marcos. But the managers and customer service from the owners is just so...

I ordered 2 pizzas from the Mckinney store on Ridge road (Marcos #5048) at 7:38 pm and didn't receive my pizza or an update from the store after more than an hour elapsed. When I checked the order tracker on the app, it said that the pizza wasn't even prepared yet and that it would be prepared at 8:30 pm with a delivery time of 9:00 pm. When I called the store, the manager said it was a mistake and that the pizza was 10 mins away from my door. What she did not know was that I was looking at the order tracker on the app during the call and saw the status change to "order is being prepared" as we were on the phone. Sure enough, after 15 mins, I still did not receive my order. I called again to cancel the order. The manager "said" she cancelled the order, but could not give me confirmation number or proof of cancellation. I will have to monitor the activity on the card used to know if she really cancelled it or not. I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service and dishonesty from the Marcos location in McKinney on 4100 Ransom Ridge Rd.

2/6/22 - A year after my bad experience here (see previous review for that disaster), we decided to try this place again to see if things had improved any. No, this place did not get any better. We kept our order small and modest, just a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak. One topping was missing from the pizza entirely and the Philly cheesesteak didn’t have cheese on it. This place doesn’t deserve a third chance. Forget this place...
