The mix-up was a letdown, as I was really looking forward to savoring the delightful combination of the pretzel bun with my chosen toppings. The lack of attention to detail in fulfilling my order left me unsatisfied.
Adding to the disappointment, the taco salad my wife ordered came with expired chips. It was disheartening to discover that such a basic aspect of the meal had been overlooked, compromising the overall quality and freshness of the dish. Read moreWe live around the corner and we’ve given this Wendy’s many chances. Gone to the drive thru and waited and after ordering being told they don’t have coffee, Dr Pepper, or even a frosty. After a visit in early December 2023 we haven’t come back for good. We received our confirmation why this Wendy’s is rotten. We are certain the employees are on drugs and definitely using them during work hours. The employees (as I waited behind the counter) kept dismissing themselves to go outside to a car (my daughter was in our car) and she said they went in there 3 times while I was inside waiting for our order that took an hour to receive. I was baffled they had customers in the drive through and they kept leaving to the back. I wasn't the only one waiting for our order through the drive through. They had instructed me to pull around the business to wait for our food and someone would bring it out. After 15 minutes I went inside and waited behind the counter for our order for another 45 minutes. I insisted on a refund since our order hadn't even been started or forgotten and I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the manager wasn’t there. I should’ve left! We stopped there on the way home from her Christmas concert performance at the High School because she hadn’t eaten since lunch. We would’ve been better to go home and make something ourselves in the time it took to receive her meal. Learned our lesson for good. Don’t come here. This Wendy’s is absolutely disgusting. Nothing is clean, looks run down for a new Wendy’s which shows management doesn’t take pride or ownership, and the employees from our observation are clearly using drugs or drinking alcohol while on the job.
