Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mehlville

My order was a total of 28.00. What I received was not what I expected, if a person paid 2.00 - certainly not 28.00. My cheese sticks were greasy, crust was burnt at the bottom, and I had requested extra cheese on them- it did not look like I received that. One would think that was enough disappointment? No. My wings were horrible. They were wrapped in foil, and the foil was not closed, which made the tips of the wings ice cold. In addition, it seemed they were by something terayaki, because it interfered with the buffalo taste- hence taste- because the wings were nothing made more with fat and grisel. I am very disappointed, and will not return to this location. It seems, Papa John's, is no longer "Better Ingrediants." +Update: We called to complain. Not only was the food horrible, they overcharged us. The manager said, she couldn't explain why it was that price. We turned down store credit, however, she offered to reimburse our money. It wasn't my intention to get "free" food, but the food was that bad, so I felt the reimbursement...

I had a bad experience with the same manager now 2x. The last time I contacted corporate about my experience, never heard anything back from them. After a year thought I'd give it another try. I ordered 1 large pizza for carry out. When I picked it up, asked the manager for a extra peppercini and she took her hands with no gloves after touching money I gave her and her cash register drawer and grabbed a peppercini out and tossed it in my box. With all the covid, etc. You would think she would try to protect people from getting sick. What it is, is she is lazy or not trained properly about sanitary procedures. Called in and ordered a works light sauce, I go to pick it up there are 8 people in there working all laughing n giggling, no issue there, she hands me my pizza and it looked great but no sauce and she says oh on thin crust u just get season packet I said I wanted the regular works why was I given thin crust she couldn't answer but then says oh we have a regular works right here it had hardly anything on it n was much smaller. I chose to take thin crust but trust and believe I will not be back. When I called to ask for a manger to call me back she said I am gm she said she offered me both pizza I said I am 1 person and can not eat 2 pizza I would have rather taken my money some where else...
