As usual with this location, the quality and accuracy is hit or miss. I always order the same pizza, yet every time I order the same pizza, I know that I am going to get a different pizza every time. Hey, at least they are consistent. Just kidding. This location struggles to operate effectively in my opinion.
Here are the specifics, I always order through the app. I always order the Taste Maker deal with extra pepperoni, onions and tomatoes. I always put in special instructions to "cut into squares". Last night, I walked in to the location after the app had indicated that my order was ready. There was another customer in the store before I walked, and he was not happy. Apparently, his pizza order had been sitting out while the young man working the counter was cleaning. The customer was not happy that he may have cold pizza. Based on this I knew that this would not be a good experience for me either. The young man greeted me and I told him I had an online order. He informed me that it was not ready yet and he would check on the status. He then walked away to continue back of house duties. He never gave me a status update until about 3-5 minutes later another customer walked in and he greeted this customer and said the same. The order was not ready and he would check. I then got his attention before he walked back and asked what was the status of my order. He looked and said it was in the oven and should be out shortly. Another 5-7 minutes passes, he is in the back again. I see the young woman pulling what appears to be my order from the oven and begins cutting the pizza. She boxes it and puts the order in the warmer oven. It takes another 2-3 minutes for the young man working the counter to come back to the front. He checks the screen and asks me what the name on my order was again. I tell him, he pulls the order from the oven and I quickly check, and it appears correct. However, at this point I just want to get out after waiting approximately 15 minutes for an order that said it was ready before I walked in the location.
I get home and open the box to eat and to my surprise (lol) the pizza is NOT cut into squares and it appears that the tomatoes and onions were added after the pizza was in the oven for 5 minutes and the realized they had forgot to add them. So the pizza had a pile of almost raw tomato and almost raw onion in the center of the pizza. I have had excellent pizza from this same location before, but lately it is a hope and a prayer. In addition to the pizza order, I also ordered cheese-sticks and ranch. The cheese-sticks were not cut and were closer to under-baked than baked. There was no marinara sauce included with the order either. I was not pleased with my experience and hope that this makes it to the leadership over this location. Which it seems every time I go there, there is no managerial presence. I am going to seek pizza from other locations in our small town now as there is now competition in the area. I do enjoy Pizza Hut thin crust pizza, but these poor experiences have now motivated me to seek out alternatives. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!!
If I could give this location NO STARS I would. Today I ordered some cheese sticks. They were dark brown on top as if they were overcooked. In fact the cheese was very brown and looked almost burnt. When I asked the young lady why the cheese sticks were so brown she paused and then said "ummm well it's just how it comes out of the oven" while looking over at her other coworkers as if she was pleading for their assistance in finding an excuse. I have ordered cheese sticks a dozen times from many Pizza Hut locations, they are NOT supposed to be that dark. So I asked for them to be remade. The entire time i was very polite and respectful to her. She agreed, turned around to her coworker, made a face and rolled her eyes. She obviously didn't think I could get her. The guy who made the cheese sticks also made a disapproving face as he shook his head. I thought about it for a minute and then decided to request a refund. I picked up food from another restaurant instead of dealing with employees with horrible attitudes and subpar food.
Bottom line...the food was not prepared correctly. And I'm pretty sure those employees would not want to go to another restaurant, have someone overcook their food, lie to them about why it looked that way and then give annoyed looks because they wanted the food to be prepared the correct way. That is all I was asking...to have the food prepared correctly.

Read moreGo somewhere else. Or at minimum don't order from here on a weekend night. Order placed at 7:45 with a 15 minute ready time. At 8:30, after having previously been told it was coming out of the oven 15 minutes earlier I was told my large was made as a medium instead. No one in the store had the thought to try to make it right other than starting the large at that point...45 minutes after I'd originally ordered. At at that point it wasn't worth it so I said just give me medium. That medium had apparently been ready much earlier. So the end result was a cold medium that was the same price as a large. Incredible. Not one person in the store seemed to have an idea as to what was going on, and numerous other orders appeared to be delayed as well. Even one person in the store with an average IQ would be helpful. Again...go somewhere else unless you just don't care about anything.
Pay attention to the reviews here. Not one of the very specific negative reviews ever has a response from anyone in charge here. Not surprising, because from the looks of it no one is in charge here. And if they are, they absolutely do...
