This location drive thru closes at 11:00 pm. It may be my selection of visiting towards the later part close to closing but I've learned to place my order on line allowing them at least 30 minutes before I arrive and yet my experiences have been awful.
You would think the food would be fresh but instead you receive old food that has been remade to accommodate your order. For example you order a sandwich without cheese and when you are home preparing to eat you find a sandwich that has cheese scraped off a dried up piece of meat. I have never received all the items that I ordered and it has no rational. One evening I ordered a total of 6 (six) Whopper sandwiches, not whopper jr's, along with chicken sandwiches and side items from the $7 special. With all that I received only two bags and when asked was everything there I was met with attitude and told yes only to discover once home half of the Whoppers were missing as well as two of the chicken sandwiches. I knew for sure I had received someone else's order but looking at the receipt I had been charged for everything I had ordered. Again the food was cold and seemed as if it had been sitting around for some time.
The cost of the Whopper burgers are higher with no on line coupons except for the Whopper Jr sandwiches. It appears that they understaff close to the last couple of hours and they are selling food that should have been discarded seemingly an hour ago.
I love the taste of fresh Whopper sandwiches but I'm concerned that this will be the next fast food restaurant to close. The príces are gettíng higher and the burgers are smaller. The service is getting worst. Being able to order online hoping your order is ready once you arrive was a great idea but when you think about the process it's not for the customer but the industry. You order on line and pay for your food before you even receive it. Then the food you receive is not adequate but you have paid for it and calling or writing the corporate offices only to be told it is a privately owned location you begin to feel no one cares about the customers anymore. Read moreThe lady behind the counter, who I assume was the daytime manager, was busy when I went in to place my order - seemed short staffed and was obviously embarrassed to make me wait. I told her to take her time and I started reading these little quotes on the wall by Eric Chester. They were all about integrity, honesty, respect - very inspirational and extremely relevant to my life as an HR professional. When she came to take my order, I asked her who Eric Chester was and told her how much I appreciated the quotes on the wall. She walked quickly over to a cabinet and pulled down a copy of his book "On Fire at Work" - about motivating employees without burning them out. I started to look for something to write the name of the book down with and she just handed it to me and told me to keep it. I was so moved by her gesture that I almost cried! THIS is what customer service is about and as a person who hires people every day - THESE are the characteristics that I look for in candidates that must come from within. Read moreI went to this location about 5:45 pm. Upon me getting my order they left out 2 items from bag. I pulled into a parking spot & called was told to drive back around to get remainder of order. Keep in mind I only had part of my order that would be getting cold. After I pulled around it was 3-4 cars ahead of me. I asked the person at the speaker if they would have someone to just bring my order out and was told in a rude tone " Ma'am I just told you to come back through the drive- thru and we will bring it. To me that doesn't make sense anyway made it around probably about 10mins at that point the same person I had spoke w/on phone & drive-thru handed me my order rolled her eyes didn't apologize and shut the window. After I made it home there was hair in my onion rings. That is why this location deserve nothing more than a one star & less. What happened to great customer service.
