My son was working there and the whole time he work there they didnt treat him right they didnt give enough hours because his manager was stilling money from the cash register and ik bc i was there and another manager was there and saw him too. On top of that the next day the manager came to work drunk and one of the imployes had to take him home, he supose to be the main manager teaching his imployee how arw you gonna teach your imployee if you stealing yourself. He racist bc he let one person get all they hours plus over time, and my son only get to work 3 days a week like he a school child , thats no money, how can you pay your bills, he got bills to pay and that all the hours he give him so he can hide his trace from stilling money from the register. He fired my son from thd job bc the other manager said he could take some food that was gonna get thrown aways and he told on him for doing that after he asked one of the other managers if he could and got told yes he could. He dont know how to be a manager, i can beat that. If i was you i wouldnt buy any food there bc on e of the manager scratch his balls and touch the food and serve the custamers and also eat some of the stuff on top of the pizzas and then give them there food andy son work and he got sickness and he work hard. Read moreA couple weeks ago I ordered online and after I paid the wait time was literally 3 hours out. I immediately called the location (Shelby Dr) and asked to cancel because of such a long time. The person I spoke with assured me that it would NOT take that long to deliver. About two hours later, I called again to cancel and the person said that I would have to call a supervisor to cancel an online order and gave me the number. Either I misheard a digit or she was off digit, either way it wasn't the correct number. I then googled customer service and was able to reach someone that helped. They told me that a manager would be calling in a couple business days about the situation which they did and I got a full refund...... I also ended up getting that pizza delivered in exactly 3 hours just like the app originally said. I informed the manager when we spoke that I did indeed get the order and since I accepted the pizza there was no need for the refund but she gave it to me anyway. I was really just bummed about that wait time and if I had known that prior to ordering I would not have even placed the order...... Tried again today and the app said it would be delivered in about an hour and a half, ended up being a little over 2 hrs....... guess its better than three...
Read moreMy experience is with the delivery service,the driver and the manager on shuft at the time of my daughters order. For the past 3 months we have placed an order at least once a week. Never has it been on time or correct. On this last order i called to complain for the first time that the order was incorrect and the pizza was not done. Also made a complaint on the driver because he made comments to my 16 yr old that had nothing to do with delivering pizza. Well at 9:36pm my daughter my 9yr old son and 86 yr old grandmothers pizza was suposidly sent bk out at 10:21pm still no pizza mind u they wanted the wrong pizza back so at this time my family still hasnt ate. I called and they said it was sent out. At 10:43 still no pizza mind they arent suppose to eat the wrong pizza because they need it back for inventory. I called again and once agaun was told the pizza was sent out on the way mind you at 11:07 still no pizza and they are closed of course and my family went to bed hungry. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. This store deserves no stars. And this store should not be in...
