Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

If you have time to waste visit this location . I have tried them on 3 different times and all have been horrible . The first instance the store was suppose to be open but the doors was still locked with some little kid running around . The this last time I was sitting at the drive Thur for 30 min on hold I drive around and no one is in the lobby . Please just shut the doors or hire people...

Second time they forgot to put my biscuits in bag..then when i call someone tell me i can pick up later...then when i go back later they dont recall speaking to me...who have time to go back and forth about a $1.00 ..just rude and poor customer service..that location needs a customer service training class and cameras so uper management can see how awful they whole staff are...

I'm going to Church's Chicken at 9:40. I place my order for chicken tenders. She told me they were cooking them. At 951 I received my order. I drove off and went to work. Sort of happy that the chicken was going to be hot but not prepared for uncooked hot chicken that smelled funny . Tried to call them get no answer. I am going to count it as a loss and...
