Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

I STARTED HERE ON MAY 4TH 2024 AND HERE IT IS MAY 28TH I GET TERMINATED ON MY DAY OFF.. YES I WAS OFF WORK AND GOT FIRED.. IT'S TWO MANAGERS IN THERE THATS BEEN FRIENDS FOR YEARS AND THEY BE DISRESPECTING THE EMPLOYEES THERE. ESPECIALLY THE ONES THEY FEEL THEY CAN PICK ON..I WAS NEVER LATE FOR WORK I WAS NEVER TRAINED ON ANYTHING ELSE BUT MAKING DOUGH FOR THE PIZZAS AND DEEP DISHES. I WAS YELLED AT FOR USING THE BATHROOM ONE DAY THE MANAGER SAMANTHA THOUGH I WENT ON BREAK AND I HAD TO USE IT . I ASKED HER CAN I USE IT SHE SAID NO WITH SUCH ANGER IN HER FACE . IF U DON'T DO THE WORK UNTIL THEIR HAPPINESS U WILL GET FIRED, LITTLE CAESARS DEFINITELY DON'T WORK LIKE THAT.. OSHA NEEDS TO VISIT THEM CAUSE THAT STORE IS DIRTY, THE PANS THEY USE TO COOK AND SERVE THE PEOPLE IS REAL!!!!! DIRTY GREASY JUST KNOW IF OSHA VISIT THEM THEY WOULDN'T SERVE ANYMORE CUSTOMERS UNTIL THAT...

Waking in I expected better as I’ve never had a bad experience at other locations. The teen that was taking orders at the window was also the person taking orders at the front counter. I asked for buffalo wings and 2 3 meat Italian cheese bread they had no idea what I meant even though the pepperoni version was on the menu. Once they figured it out I was told 10 minutes. 10 turned into 25 and I still had no food. She tried to give me a 3 meat pizza, not what I asked for obviously. She then gave me a box with both of my orders inside and I had to ask where my wings are. At any other location cheese bread is rectangle and cut into about 10 pieces at this one it is an oval barely cut into 4 pieces.

I order the pizza online while sitting in front of the store, it took about 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. Entered the sure and my pizza was not in the warmer oven. I stood there for 5-6 minutes (after the manager walked past me multiple times) before being acknowledged by an employee she ask the cook if my pizza was ready. The cook stated the cheese pizza was in the oven. I order a veggie pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The entire time the pizza was in the oven as a door dash order. The carrier did apologize! Despite everything, the pizza was really good and exactly like I order. The stars are due to the miscommunication...
