Terrible location. Customer service is horrible, employees never wear gloves, and they are LITERALLY always out of honey packets. I ordered the #1 and asked for honey and of course they were out. I get to the window, wait about five minuets to get my order. I look to make sure everything is okay, and my biscuit barely had honey on it, so I waited for the lady to come back to the window and asked if they could add some because it literally had a little bit on it. She snatches the box with an attitude and closes the window. After about a minute she hands me the box back and I say thank you. She closes the window without responding. I open the box and literally that big glump of cold honey butter displayed in the picture was sitting on top of my biscuit. I had to get a napkin and wipe it off. The lady then comes back to the window and tells me I have to move my car and I asked her why she put all of that on there like that. She had a terrible attitude and was trying to be a smarty, I should’ve asked for a refund, but I’ll never return to that store again. No one is forcing them to work there. We order 2 orders of 10 pcs and were told by cashier we only heard one order and made us go back around to the speaker and told us it will be a 15 minutes wait on chicken. We paid and waited and we decide we wanted another order 2 pc before ordering we heard got damn and we still placed our order.
