Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

Terrible location. Customer service is horrible, employees never wear gloves, and they are LITERALLY always out of honey packets. I ordered the #1 and asked for honey and of course they were out. I get to the window, wait about five minuets to get my order. I look to make sure everything is okay, and my biscuit barely had honey on it, so I waited for the lady to come back to the window and asked if they could add some because it literally had a little bit on it. She snatches the box with an attitude and closes the window. After about a minute she hands me the box back and I say thank you. She closes the window without responding. I open the box and literally that big glump of cold honey butter displayed in the picture was sitting on top of my biscuit. I had to get a napkin and wipe it off. The lady then comes back to the window and tells me I have to move my car and I asked her why she put all of that on there like that. She had a terrible attitude and was trying to be a smarty, I should’ve asked for a refund, but I’ll never return to that store again. No one is forcing them to work there. MARCH 2016 , CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. I PLACED MY ORDER WITH A CUP OF WATER, THE WOMAN WHO TOOK THE ORDER SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CUPS. IN MY HEAD I KNEW IT WAS A MISTAKE AND I DIDN'T HEAR HER PROPERLY BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING AT CUPS AT THE FONT REGISTER., AFTER SITTING IN THE LINE BEING FOURTH IN LINE, I GET TO THE WINDOW AND THE ORDER TAKER GIVES ME MY TOTAL SAYING IT VERY RUDE. SO, I ASKED HER WHAT DID SHE SAY ABOUT MY WATER AND SHE WENT ON TO TELL ME "WE DONT HAVE ANY WATER CUPS" I ASKED CAN YOU PUT WATER IN ANOTHER CUP ? AGAIN "WE DONT HAVE ANY WATER CUPS" I THEN ASKED COULD YOU PUT THE WATER IN ONE OF THE SMALL BLUE CUPS I SEEN AT THE FRONT REGISTER ? "WE DONT HAVE ANY CUPS" . SHE THEN QUESTIONED MY CHANGE OF MIND ON MY ORDER. I WAS VERY SICK AND JUST NEEDED FRIES AND A EVER SO NEEDED APPLE PIE WITH A CUP OF WATER TO WASH IT DOWN. HER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE ME QUICKLY HAD A CHANGE OF MIND TO PATRONIZE THAT...

The cashier ran out of patience while working drive thru around 9pm. We order 2 orders of 10 pcs and were told by cashier we only heard one order and made us go back around to the speaker and told us it will be a 15 minutes wait on chicken. We paid and waited and we decide we wanted another order 2 pc before ordering we heard got damn and we still placed our order. Last unprofessional event was while waiting for our order and it was ready she hollered very loud to come get our order. After receiving our oder it was incorrect....My suggestion is pay employees more money and you will get a better quality employee which will bring the company more revenue and better decision-making on speaking to custoners, pulling car up and making cars go back around because of the...
