Crumpy's Hotwings — Restaurant in Memphis

They don't too much answer the phone and upon arrival the menu prices has changed significantly. I ordered 25 wings and over half were fried way too hard, to which I didn't realize because I attended a party and this was my food dish choice. When I called with the complaint I was told to bring the amount back that were tarnished and when I did the cashier or manager (no titled name tag) tried to argue that I wouldn't get my order because all the wings weren't there to which I argued that I was told to come back for my do over. Her exact words were,"Usually if something is wrong with the food, people only take one bite and know it.", to which I had to explain for the 5th time that I was at a function and hadn't been trying the food yet and I'm not the food police plus I just wasted 2 tanks of gas so something needed to be done ASAP. She only fixed me 10 party wings and had an attitude about that. I will not be going back to CRUMPY'S on Shelby Dr. in Memphis again and I advise anyone going to check your order, even taste it before departure because if you don't care, they won't. On my first time visiting I only went for dessert. I got a cheesecake and a banana pudding. Oh my gosh, I have never been so disgusted with either of these. The banana pudding looked appealing but when my husband and I tasted it, yuke. It was either some type of lemon flavor or something spoiled and of course it wasn't a real banana pudding. Now, for the cheesecake which is my favorite dessert the portion she gave me was so thin. Tasted it and it was cool until I started getting into it and I started tasting hunks and chunks of unbeaten creme. After paying almost $10 I at least need my stuff to taster like something. Called in to place my order I was told it will be 15 min wait. Arrived 20-25 mins later waited for an extra 45 mins. Walked in young guys (staff) (cooks) playing around, listening to music, dancing, loud, etc, all over the food. Continued to wait, arrived home (not too far from crumpys) chicken is cold, soft, and terrible. I asked if I could have it cooked extra crispy. Put my chicken from crumpys in the airfryer to work with it and still no better. Called to try to explain to the manger, he rudely interrupted me as I was explaining to him my issues with my order.
