Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

I have been a regular customer at Dominos for years. However, this store is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever encountered. I do mean the WORST!!! Last week was my first time going to this location. I ordered pizza and Parmesean bites with Marinara. I get to the store at 6 pm, and all the lights are off, and doors are locked. There was employess sitting in their car watching me knock. I was standing outside knocking for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the door to tell me they're only taking online orders. I politely informed her that I not only ordered online already but it was paid for and that I would appreciate getting what I paid for. Yes, I had already ordered online and had to basically beat on the door to get what I paid for. Then, the young lady forgot my Marinara, so I walked back to the door to ask for it. The young lady decided she was going to argue with me about paying for the sauce again. I ended up leaving the store without it to avoid any more issues. I was told that my pizza would be ready between 5:00pm and 5:11pm. I paid for the pizza at 5:04pm. I received the update on my phone that it was ready at 5:07 pm. However, I was told that it was actually not ready by the employee, and that he would bring it out to my car. After sitting in my car for 40 minutes after after the “ready” message was sent, I asked for a refund and a receipt. I was told that they couldn’t provide a receipt showing that my card was credited the charges. When asked for a manager, I was told that he was out delivering pizzas. In an attempt to inquire about next steps to resolve this matter, the employee told me to “back up” while throwing his hand up. When I asked for a corporate number to call to escalate my complaint, I was given a menu with the 1 800 number at the bottom…

I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service like this in my life, and I will be make sure that I relay this experience to every outlet so that others will not make the same mistake that I did to come here.

If I could give this place less than a star I would. I call and pushed 0 to talk to a person. They picked up the phone, set it on the counter, and then continued to talk. I called a few times trying to see if it was a bad connection, and one time I could audibly hear them in the back. I called a few more times with hope that the manager would hear the phone ring and manager her employees. The last time I called they picked up said something about the caller ID and hung up on Me.Then the "manager" decided she was going to call me back and ask me to stop calling (and wanting pizza) because it is a place of business (In which they take orders for, make, and sell pizza). She had an attitude with me, as if I had done something wrong. I will never again attempt to spend my money here. Nor will my roommates or my family.
