The first time we ordered here everything went fine. We ordered, paid over the phone with a card, waited a bit long for delivery, but had good food. Tonight was our second attempt. Upon ordering, the woman told me they do not accept cards over the phone. Well, ok?? So after not even 5 minutes of making a phone call for my boyfriend to bring cash over, I call back to order. The woman on the phone asks if I was the one who just called. It then goes like this: "Yes, I just called." "You got cash?," says the woman.. "My boyfriend is on his way over with it." "Call when you got the money." "I would really just like to order now." "No. I'll call you back," says the woman. At this point I was curious as to how she expected to call me back without recording any of my information, so I said, "What the hell? Please let me order." The woman then began to scream at me in Chinese before hanging up the phone. It is about 9:45. They're the only Chinese food place around that is open until 10:30; the rest are 10. That being said, we didn't really have time to look for another Chinese place. Being scared to call back, my boyfriend called to place the order to pick up. She answered the phone again only to tell my boyfriend they are closed. "But your website says 10:30," my boyfriend says. And there she goes again, screaming at my boyfriend in Chinese before hanging up the phone. Here is the point: their good food isn't worth their terrible attitudes and awful customer service. Read moreI guess we were their first order today because they answered 5 mins prior to opening and allowed us to order shrimp fried rice and eggs. Not only did we pay a delivery fee that they did not give but had to pay someone else to take us up there to get the rice replaced because it was hard. They rushed and we paid $16.75 cash and had it delivered. Yet paid someone to take the order back to get made over. They wouldn't even just give us a refund. Customer Service and poor quality food. Hard Rice and Raw Shrimp is not the way to go. I will be reaching out to the BBB for a full refund. Then when we brought the food back they said we ate 1 of the 10 shrimp they gave even though she found it in the hard Rice.
