INSPIRE Community Cafe — Restaurant in Memphis

I really wanted to like this place, I like the vibes, it’s a very cute cozy cafe, however i was not impressed with the food. We ordered the bbq chicken bowl, chili, chai latte and a berry smoothie and avocado toast. The chili was delicious and flavorful, and I really liked the avocado toast. However, for the price you are charging, the food is not worth it, the chicken bowl was unseasoned and dry. My main issue was with the drinks, the berry smoothie was delicious, but my chai tasted like water, so I decided to try to order another smoothie to make up for it. The pinakaleada smoothie also tasted like ice and water. I was disappointed that after I tried to spend more money to get a drink I might like, I was disappointed with another watery flavorless drink. Two years later and I'm still 100% in love with INSPIRE and still visit at least once a week. The service is still amazingly fantastic and the food is beyond words! I wish the whole world could experience Inspire Community Cafe at least once! ♥️ I never thought I'd be willingly going to a restaurant for quinoa, but THIS Cafe has changed my life and my relationship with quinoa. It is soooo good. Y'all... If you think you don't like quinoa, I dare you to try their quinoa bowl. I dare you to not order it again. It's addictive! On top of that, the service is superb. We ordered catering from Inspire for our staff lunch and were pleased with how seamless everything was. From the first inquiry I made, they have been kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. We had to make changes to our order after the initial invoice was sent out and they were so quick to get the invoice adjusted for us. The delivery was perfectly on time and they go above and beyond when it comes to providing you with the materials you need to have a successful catered event.
