Lot A Burger — Restaurant in Memphis

Love a good burger and wanted to try this spot. Was in the area so I stopped in. I had previously been told that the burgers use to be good back in the day by one person. Was also told by another person that this place had gotten "too d#mn" expensive. I will tell you both people were right. I saw in the menu that the double cheeseburger (not combo) was 6.60 . A little pricey but ok.. I got it dressed (everything) no ketchup. The lady took my card and told me 8.80. There was a sign that said prices can change without notice. At this point I am wanting to get to the end of this. My total bill was $9 because they also charge a fee for the use of debit card. I get my burger and the bag felt light but hey. Go to my car to prepare it for my eating (taking everything off the bun because I don't eat bread. I open it to find 2 steak and shake like patties a little piece of cheese and very light condiments (a small spread of mustard mayo and lettuce and a very small piece of tomato). At this point I am very disappointed. I need a fork and at least a little more mayo so into back to the counter to ask for such. Once there the lady told me that they didn't have forks and that they could put some more mayo on my bun but that would be a charge. A charge for MAYO??? Really. It was at that moment I was DONE!! I went to my car and ate my burger. It was well seasoned but DEFINITELY not worth what I spent and got. First and last...

#RealReview I'm highly upset with the service and mistreatment I've received today. For years my family and I has been happy and satisfied customers of LottaBurger. Unfortunately, not today. I purchased three single burgers with a small fry. Two with cheese and one without for $30. Get all the way home to discover my "cheeseburgers" have no cheese... I called shared my concerns and I was told to bring the food back. Only one problem I don't live near that area. I asked could I receive a refund or could I be compensated and some type of way for the inconvenience They stated no refunds. Granted they did offer to remake the food ok that's fine but I live over 20 minutes away. Then I was told, "you should have checked your food." and "you're upset about some cheese that's only one dollar." No, I'm upset because I didn't get what I paid for and I'm being asked to come back. When in a rush I'm trusting I got what what I paid for ... Especially if they repeated the order back to you upon giving it to you. Nevertheless, I didn't eat... however my family enjoyed it. I am a truck driver, so I get to eat at a lot of food at different places and states. I drive by this place everytime I am home either going to the truck or going home and finally had a chance to stop and try it. The old saying are that the small mom and pop places have the best food and that is the case most of the time. This place seems to have taken that saying and incorporated it into the entire business. I ordered a double cheese burger a large fry and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and asked that they make the Philly how they thought it should be eaten. The burger was juicy and the bun was nice and soft. The topping were fresh as well. The fries were a little greasy but that isn't always a bad thing either. The seasoning on the fries was really good. I think just salt and pepper, but still good. The Philly however was just awesome. Not a traditional Philly but really good how they prepared it.
