I visited Wednesday and the ladies working were very pleasant, moving fast, and even professional and kind to a rude customer who was being mean because his phone was dying...I want to give them praise because they are the example of the standard that the corp(francize) sets.....
I came back Friday, May 17, at about 10:15 A.M., I went through the drive through. I am on camera Im sure. I arrived, got to the window and proceeded to order. I started with a 10 piece, well done, off the grill(lingo used forever), sweet n sour, Hi C, No Ice. I went on to say I wanted the Fish Combo, Well Done, Off The Grill, add mustard, extra mustard, extra cheese, extra tartar....while ordering the guy says everything just came up, I didnt have to worry about that. That is rude, thats not what I asked, and now he is assuring me of my reasoning for ordering fresh...i then order 2 apple pies and 2 decaf(L), 4 creamers on the side, 8 sugars....when I paid, I had to wait on the coffee to be made. I asked for my order fresh because I was not eating it immediately. By the time I got to my destination which was about a 1.5 miles away, my sandwich was warm, not hot it would have been if I got it the way I ordered. My bread was toasted(dark). Ive never known for my bread to be toasted dark(the taste was bad) and crisp on a Fish Sandwich. Ive been a mCdonalds baby since 84. My extra mustard was not there, nor my cheese. I threw it away. When i got inside my bag there was no cream, no sugar. I just really feel like if people let people order without interuptions, there may be better customer service. I do not want anything free. Next time I will go to south Perkins. Im one of them people if im missing one thing I dont...

Evening and late evening staff, it's hit or miss whether you can get in or not. Drive thru is a nightmare, often saying they have only fried food. (excuse me, I thought hamburgers were fried??)
The final straw occurred the last weekend in May when I went in and couldn't get any carbonated drinks. That was Saturday, and the following Friday, it was still that way.
I have stopped going here, and except for the Getwell Unit, if I know its a RETZER franchise, I will avoid it. Retzer is a major franchisee, operating across five states, and based in rural Mississippi. As such, they are just after our money, and don;t care.

I got in the drive through line and waited patiently only to be told I needed to pull around and wait until 8a.m. when they unlock the dining room. I asked why they couldn’t just get my food and distribute it through drive through (like they’ve done before because this isn’t the first time) and they said sorry it’s two different systems. Pulled around one door still locked, went to the other and it was unlocked. Waited at the counter and finally had to speak up and ask someone for my mobile order because nobody had acknowledged a customer standing there.
