Very Poor management drive thru or fine in wasn't at all that busy but the staff including management just literally stands there moving like turtles taking care of customer at a time & taking forever doing that I've never witnessed such laziness then when I bought it to management attention a short white guy with red hair whom appears to never groom his hair & has way to much facial hair to be working so closely with food he in return spoke under his voice not outloud so I could hear him took the customer order in front of me & walked off & decided to no longer acknowledge me which was very rude & unprofessional just because the location you're working in does not give the staff the right to treat the customers that come to this particular location the way they do that place needs a entirely new staff the cooks were the only ones trying to make a difference but we all know it starts with the managers & whoever is working the counters & they display no sense of urgency & no real skills in this particular job send them help...
Read moreI am a door dasher. I was only delivering in this area because of a promotion that Door dash had given me. I arrived, and after waiting in line, I was told to go back through the line again because my order was not showing on their screen. I get back in line at the end of the line. Then I get a message saying that this order was cancelled. However, I had another order to pop up. I get back to the window and was told that the only order they had was the first order that was cancelled. I tried to explain but the guy kept walking away before I was done talking. I asked to speak to his manager. He looked at me with a terrifying look in this eyes and said, "I am the manager!!" Then another lady came and looked at may phone and said that I was at the wrong McDonalds for this next order. An honest mistake because of Doordash, and this guy left me really scared!!! Read moreI ordered a Oreo frappe and instead was charged for a Oreo McFlurry. Was told that I was living that I ordered a Oreo frappe when they tried giving me the McFlurry. I told them I did not want it I wanted my frappe. Still they argued I ordered a McFlurry and it was already made. I told them well I’m sorry but I told the girl I wanted a Oreo frappe and that’s what I want. Or just give me my money back. I did not come for a McFlurry. Then they said quote”so you want a Oreo frappe?” Lol. Omg yes thats what I had been saying all along. So she finally went and made one of the worst frappes I’ve ever had it was just all ice mainly and never gave me the extra 1 and some change that I was charged for the McFlurry.
