Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Server neglected to greet us properly, instead she states, "how many". Had to ask whether she was our server. As first time customers (which she had no clue, since she NEVER asked) we realized they didn't serve food, as the guys beside us brought their own food in. Needless to say, the atmosphere is too relaxed when it comes to staff. We needed assistance and had to wait to get her attention bc she was sitting smoking having her own convo. On the other hand, the gentleman who brought out the coals was very pleasant and informative. Nice variation of music. Definitely will not return, nor recommend. Hope the service...

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. The worst Hookah place I ever been. It was my first time visiting this place and they fill the flavor all the way and you can’t even taste the flavor at all. The WiFi was so week it keep saying reconnecting. the atmosphere is too relaxed when it comes to staff. Coming out of town I was looking for a spot that felt like chilling at home, and this spot hit on the spot. Laid back vibe that feels as welcoming as the owner is. Plenty of options for the shisha brands you know, but I feel you’re missing out if you don’t try their house blends. The hookah is packed nice and the NATURAL coals keep coming. No quick-lites here. For the hours I’ve spent on a single head, never once was it harsh to smoke; keeping me in clouds 💨💨 Definitely a go...
