No sense of urgency. Watched my food sit on a table for 5 minutes while they gathered together another order. Burgers are cold, and i live less than a minute away. Also refused to let me place a second order through the speaker while i waited on my first order that was done through the app, having an attitude as well while telling me no. Carhop had an attitude. Rethinking revisiting. Edit 2 years later: Wanted to try again, but it seems the manager likes to randomly disable about 2-3 items a day. Over the past 10 days, and every day of, I have seen various items "Temporarily Unavailable", but magically available that night or the next day, while other things are checked as "Temporarily Unavailable", only ro be again available that night or the next day, and just rinse and repeat over and over. (This same location as I still live half a mile away.). Y'all aren't that busy. Y'all arent running out of food like that. And your truck doesn't run like that. Also, the couple of times I did decide to order a few things, yet again, food just stays bagged up and sitting on the table. Decided to clock "bag filled and ready to go to vehicle window", for past review's sake: 4:52 seconds the first time. 6:38 seconds the scond time. Both time were 3 medium-size selected items. First time, 5 stalls had vehicles, no drive thru customers. Second time had 3 stalls, 1 drive thru. This is also both times clock starting 5 minutes after...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION I have visited a few times in the last month to pick up food for someone else. I personally don't eat their food because they don't have any healthy options. I'm never impressed with the customer service at Sonic (any location) or their ability to fill an order correctly.
This past visit, I was there with my hubby who wanted a burger. We pulled into the order stations that are not attached to the main building. When we pressed the button to order, we were asked to move to a lane attached to the building for "safety reasons." When I told the employee that there were no lanes open, she curtly instructed me to go through the drive-thru. We wanted to sit and talk while he ate, so going through the drive-thru was not why we came there.
I'm going to jump out on a limb here and conjecture that it's either not safe for me to be 20 feet from the building or the Sonic employees aren't able to safely cross the drive...either way, it's a deal breaker. My orders are filled incorrectly over half the time, customer service is occasional, service is slow, and the food is cheap and greasy...now half of the stalls are unusable due to safety reasons: Hard Pass.

It's been around for so long that it feels like home and the food is great but the Drinks and Shakes and Sundays or should I say Cold Sweet Treats are always totally Amazing and great especially in the Summer Hot Hot Days, I mean really can it get any hotter and more humid than it already is but at least you can get a Huge Drink from Sonic and that's not something that everyone does but everyone isn't Sonic and the girl who brought out my Cherry Slush was absolutely very friendly and was absolutely Great and she is the kind of employee that not only makes a difference her difference makes a difference! Lol, think about it because it actually makes sense and if it not silly me what ? I love Sonic and you guys are always going to be around right?? I don't even want to think about that and too late my mouth opens and it's out and that's okay because it's not going to happen and oh Won't you staaayyy? Lol, good song and what?
