American Deli — Restaurant in Memphis

Went to pick up an Uber order around 9P.M. and there was another delivery girl Infront of me picking up an order. Well the 2 very young unprofessional girls behind the counter were not paying any attention and set both delivery bags out on the counter together and gave them to the girl Infront of me. So when I said the name on my order they tried to blame the other delivery driver and say she stole my order. So I told them that has nothing to do with me I still need my order that my customer paid for and she and the other girl behind the counter are not even looking or acknowledging me while I'm talking they are literally looking at each other twirling their hair saying I ain't finna make no order again she stole it the other girl said I ain't making it either I don't know what to tell u. So if your out here delivering food for 1make sure it's yours and for 2hope this never happens to u at American Deli on Austin Pea cause these 2 little girls need to be taught some respect, manners, and how to treat customers cause their whole attitude was unprofessional and completely sucked!! I Ordered two 10 piece boneless wings combos. Wings were hard as hell & the manager said she would not remake them because they would turn out the same way. Wings were already fried and the cooks only re-dropped them in oil for heat purposes. Smh. If I could call a corporate office then I would . About to find out how to report a franchise company, today. They offered me a refund but I could not wait for the process of waiting three days for it to be back in my account, when I was trying to feed my children that day. It’s really sad the way we get treated when we are the one that is keeping the store open....

Maybe if I were younger, this food would have been okay. I had the wings and chicken Philly, my wings were supposed to be seasoned. They were way too salty and hard to actually enjoy. The peach drink was far too sweet to be consumed, and the chicken Philly was too greasy. This was my first time trying this place, and I'll just say, it's not for my demographics or people who care about cholesterol or blood pressure.
