The Cotty- formerly Cottage House Cafe — Restaurant in Menahga

I highly recommend going to The Cotty in Menahga! My family and I have made it a Saturday-morning tradition of going there for breakfast and their food and service is the best. The waitresses are all super nice. They always make sure that your coffee is hot and your cup is full. The atmosphere of The Cotty is very cozy with enough seating for both small and large groups of people. They also have a new menu and coffee bar available. (My personal favorite is their breakfast skillet and their hot chocolate! Not to mention their homemade buiscuts and strawberry jelly are AMAZING!) The breakfast here was soo delicious!! I got the 3-layer omelet and some coffee; both were super hot and fresh. The hash browns and toast that comes with the meal were also super good, and the strawberry jam is a MUST order with it!! Super great! The meal was also cheap for such a big, great plate. The service there was also super kind!!! All of the servers were extremely friendly and willing to help at all times. Would absolutely come back next time we are in the area. + We asked for extra strawberry jam to take home with us, and they gave us 4 cups of it !! Incredible service!! Absolutely love the Cottage House. I've never ordered anything that wasnt delicious, the staff is warm and friendly, its clean and quaint and cute. But most importantly the FOOD. It's so good! Try the Texas BLT with curly fries, the chicken melt, or the blueberry fritter French toast if it's breakfast time. Also GREAT PRICES! I've been here dozens of times in the last 2 years and I've never had a single complaint about food, staff, or service. The Cottage House is my favorite restaurant out of the park...
