The ladies we delt with were super sweet and apologetic. But this is not how you run a business. We ordered the kids chicken tender meal for our son. We asked if he could do mac n cheese as a side and were simply told "yes". When we got the check we see that they charged $7.50 for 2 small chicken tenders and $6 more for the small cup of mac n cheese. No fries. So, $14 for a 7 year olds lunch. Oh, and $3 for a small cup of dr. Pepper. Our fries came out cold and soggy. The smash burger was really good and we were brought fresh fries. The fried pickles were also good. It can be very messy. You can order the burger the way you want it The parking lot is not paved, caution there are potholes and can be messy when it rains. You can order your food to go or eat at the restaurant. They offer a variety of other foods as well. Our whole family enjoyed our lunch at Big Jim’s. Kids menu had chicken, grilled cheese and sliders. Kids had chicken tenders and fries. We also ordered plain burger, the smash burger, and the Skinny Minnie. Everything came as ordered and service was very polite and helpful. Smash burger comes on Texas toast which we preferred a bun.
