I genuinely want to support this small local coffee shop, as I believe in the importance of community businesses. However, I find it increasingly difficult due to the consistently poor service and mediocre quality of the coffee and drinks. On several occasions, I have waited nearly 10 minutes for just two simple coffees, despite being the only customer in the shop at the time.
One barista, in particular, stands out for her disorganization. She often appears confused and will suddenly stop making my drink to attend to something unrelated, such as chatting with a colleague or rearranging items behind the counter. This frequently leaves me standing there, waiting in frustration. When I shared my concerns, I was told to only come in when someone else is working if I was not satisfied. This is not the proper way to address a customers concerns.
While I appreciate the charm of a local coffee shop, the time and irritation I experience here make it hard to justify returning when I can easily find the same drinks at other cafés that serve them in a much quicker and more efficient manner. Read moreI recently visited this coffee shop, and I have to say, they’ve really been stepping up their game lately. It’s clear they’ve been putting a lot of effort into training their staff, and it shows! The main barista girls (blonde & brunette/balayage) are especially amazing—always friendly, efficient, and consistently making delicious drinks.
I tried the Chia Protein Sport & Breakfast Smoothie with almond milk (their new almond milk is so good), Iced Vanilla Latte, Iced Matcha, and an Iced Chai and it was fantastic! I know they change up their milk options from time to time, but they always manage to keep the quality high and the flavors spot on.
While I was there, I did notice a regular customer who tends to complain about his smoothies and ask for redos, even though the staff consistently does a great job. It’s crazy how some people can be so unreasonable, especially when the team clearly works hard to provide great service.

She was more concerned being on her cell phone texting then attending to customers. Also as a frequent customer I come for hours to get work done and never have had an issue using the restroom, this time around said employee refused to let me use it stating "they don't have a public restroom" very annoyed with the service considering the coffee isn't cheap...
