Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Mendota

I really don't like to give bad ratings but this place really got to me with their customer service, soda products, and waiting period.... They had no sodas in the soda machine, and I thought maybe they would offer complimentary two litter soda for me and my friends but no... Other places offer complimentary drinks or replacements when they don't have any in the machines. The restrooms were really unappealing as well, this place needs work. I do not recommend this place unless they make a change or you're in desperate need of food like...

I've been such a long-time customer....These people are more like family to me. Lily, long-time employee, is a pro! Angel is an awesome pizza-maker and always super-friendly. Brian is also top-notch....Really, they're all great. And of course the Pizza is consistently awesome -- What other pizza restaurant puts this much pepperoni on their pizza?! I dare you to compare! I also highly recommend you try their NEW Mozzarella Sticks - surprisingly tasty! Thanks, Pizza Factory, for all delicious food over...

I'm a truck driver stuck at the produce warehouse they didn't deliver this far but I offered a generous tip and the manager ok'd it. This is what I'm talking about going above and beyond to take care of a starving driver. I highly recommend this pizza restaurant.
