Had about a $40 order, opened both pizzas to find them flipped around and toppings off. I pieced them back together and placed in oven to remelt everything together. So I called to complain which rarely occurs but both pizzas come on now.... I was told I could get 2 more pizzas in about 35 mins or a $10 credit. I said they are eatable and would prefer a credit but asked for more than $10 as it was 2 pizzas no where near close to quality or money off this order. He declined and I agreed to 2 new pizzas. Well 1 hour and 10 mins later the pizzas arrive and they ask for the old pizzas back as “ this is policy per the delivery driver” .....Whatever at this point you can have the pizzas my hands were on. So I called the following day and requested to speak with the store manager who was the same from the previous night. He was sarcastic in his comments to rectify the situation, lectured me on how nothing in life is free, and then said I was rude because I hung up on him from the previous nite. This is possibly the most awful customer service I have ever experienced as the quality of food was horrible, the store manager was rude and unprofessional and his demeanor...

My husband and I ordered the new Detroit pizza with double pepperoni. When we got the pizza, it was a complete pool of sauce, and barely any cheese. We called the restaurant and asked for a remake and stated what was wrong. The gentleman rudely stated he will not remake it and we can call corporate on the website if we want to. We asked for his name and he hung the phone up. At this point, I have NEVER experienced customer service like that from anywhere. Ordered two personal pan pizzas and some wings. The pizza was dry, cold and just nasty, the wings were from the end of the bag that was not meat just hard and stale. Delivery took 45 min and once I called the store the manager was very rude and said she made the pizza herself it was sauce on the pizza, when I’m telling her their was no sauce at all and I can show her. Then I explained the wings she wanted to defend them instead of listening to what the customer was complaining about she told me she could not do a refund but instead can remake the order. I told her I would not let her remake my food because her attitude was too horrible and now I do not trust her with my food.
