Edible Impressions — Restaurant in Mequon

Two orders with Edible Impressions. Very happy with first order. Second order had issues.

1. Cookies were supposed to be sent on a certain date per contract and they were not sent until a day later at the end of the day, even though they were ready on the original day. They are cookies and have a limited shelf life. I would have preferred they were sent on the agreed upon date .

Updated to add: Cookies did not arrive to destination on time due to this delay. There has been no commutation or apology for the mistake. I spent almost $200 on these cookies and shipping. What a waste.

2. The printed sugar design peeled right off when I opened the cookie. Very cheap looking and not cheap cookies. I confirmed with others to confirm that it wasn’t just my 1 cookie. Note: I also specially asked that two of my 3 designs were iced (which would have eliminated the above problem) going so far as to send photos of cookies made the way I wanted them, and she ignored my request.

Other than these issues, the cookies were very good and the frosted ones were great! Nice presentation. I like the personalized tags on the cookies. Despite some of the things I like about Annette, there are many other cookie baker options in the area, and I would suggest...

Before we get into summer activities, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank my daughter's teacher. She has made such a positive impact on her life through a very unique and difficult situation. We are forever grateful and wanted to find a way to say THANK YOU!

Edible Impressions made me some absolutely adorable holiday cookies this season, and everyone wanted to know where to get their own! It was as simple as sending in a request form, paying a very fairly priced invoice, and setting a date to pick them up. I believe delivery is an option as well.

They make custom design cookies for literally any occasion. Fundraiser? Birthday? Work party? They gotcha covered. I stalked all of their examples that I didn't even need just because they were so adorable and well done.
