The Roasteré - Gourmet Coffees & Café — Restaurant in Meridian

I wish I caught the name of the lady who assisted us. She warned us when we walked in she was on her way out but could help us if we had any quick questions. We let her know we were looking for something as a souvenir gift for a world traveler and fully expected to be passed off to another batista.

Instead, she stayed an extra 10 minutes just talking to us and explaining the various qualities commonly found in the different regions of coffees. She provided samples, knowledge, and offered a genuine interest in our feedback, telling us her favorite beans as well as the favorites of the people her life and the ones used in local restaurants.

There’s a coffee shop much closer to my house that used to be my favorite place to meet with the ladies for coffee and catching up on life, but lately some rude, loud individuals have been meeting there. Luckily, it caused us to look outside our neighborhood for something better. Roastere is now our new favorite! There are plenty of cozy, comfortable places to sit and the coffee is amazing! The store has a lot of neat items and the pastries look amazing (I have yet to try the pastries but the bagels are great)! Customer service is above reproach and everyone is so friendly. You can’t go wrong...

I love coffee! The Roastere serves up a menagerie of coffee roasts that allows you to explore and enjoy so many vastly different roasts that you can lose yourself in a roasty toasty coffee dream that you don't want to end. I found so many great coffees, and some I didn't like, and that's really the whole point. They have different brewed roasts that you can sample as you buzz down the coffee bean lineup. I sampled just about everything.
