Aroma Joe's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Merrimack

First time ever visiting this location and this company Aroma Joe’s. Thought it looked pretty nice and they have been appearing more and more locally. Went to the drive-through didn’t even take long to look at the menu board as there was one car in front of me and one behind me… kinda had a general idea ahead of time after looking online what to order.. I Drove up to the ordering window, (which I like a lot better than everywhere else who you talk to a speaker) you would think it’s more personable i was wrong … I started to order the two sandwiches first then the drink, and then noticed that I forgot one other item which was a food item…. At that moment the guy had a huge attitude and had to throw in the fact come on guys food first which again this being a first time he would not know that if that’s how they do it… I don’t need someone’s attitude that early in the morning. If you’re that much of an unhappy person, you should probably switch jobs. There’s plenty of others out there. In that case you’re definitely not getting a tip. Your tip will be this instead Put a damn smile on and learn your common sense and manners that not everybody has been to your location or company before and probably won’t return because you’re such a bad face to represent the company. The girl at the pick up window who is very friendly though had a great smile on her face. Pleasant attitude obviously loved her job didn’t get a receipt or I would’ve added his name to this post without a problem. It’s unfortunate when people have a job not like there was a line behind me and there was only one item before he put the coffee and if that’s even a thing at this company that they have to put the food first because the last item was hash browns, so I don’t know how that was so difficult… definitely gonna post here first and see if anybody reaches out if not, I will escalate this to corporate mainly because I don’t approve of his attitude...

the guy with long hair is horrible and miserable. we’ve been here multiple times to get a drink and a pup cup and have never had an issue. until we come and he’s the one taking the order and refuses to make a pup cup because he’s lazy and just gives us a bone. if i wanted a bone i would have brought one from home. all the other employees give us a pup cup except for him. he also gave us extreme attitude when we asked for a green alien. he proceeded to ask us if it was a soda, rush or lemonade. we were confused and told him a rush.. (because that’s what a green alien is) and then told us very rudely that we need to clarify because green alien is just a flavor (which news flash, it isn’t, it’s multiple flavors put together which is why it has a particular name, DUMBO) overall he was just trying to make us look stupid. also gave us a hard time when we said we were paying with apple pay and was annoyed by it. this man needs to be fired asap as many other reviews show the...

I like the coffee. My suggestion to this place is get some food that is good and learn how to serve it prepared properly to eat. Ham cheese croissant and chocolate croissant I have tried a number of times and although the food was good it was not cooked properly almost all the time , either over cooked so it was hard or undercooked and still cold or partially frozen . Other pastry I have tried also did not appear fresh and was stale tasting . As I said, I like the coffee very much and will always return for the coffee , I wish the food could show improvement because I really like to eat something when I get coffee..
