The employees, affectionately known as "Broistas," exude a level of friendliness and enthusiasm that’s contagious.

A personal favorite of mine is the Caramelizer. It's a heavenly blend of caramel, espresso, and steamed milk, topped with a decadent layer of whipped cream. My love for Dutch Bros goes back over a decade. I used to frequent the one off of Alma School and the 60 but since 2020, the Greenfield and 60 location has been my main spot. There are many things I love about Dutch. Obviously their coffee is amazing. Not burnt tasting like the green mermaid other guys. I love their hot lattes and fancy drinks and my son loves their blended Sweater Weather chai. Also! They use real chocolate milk instead of chocolate syrup and man does it make a difference! No matter what you order, it’s delicious and worth the cost.

Besides my intense love for their drinks, Dutch has something else that makes it very special. Their people!! I have made friends with many awesome Dutchers and always get a warm welcome, no matter who I am helped by. They have an incredible culture and you can feel it when you visit any location but this one especially. The management here (shout out to Mallory and Megan!) is awesome and hard workers! Seriously they are some of the best and it feels like visiting friends when we go.

I’m pretty outgoing and work in sales but my son is more introverted and reserved. Dutch has been an awesome place for us to go together and he’s come out of his shell because of the kindness and genuine friendliness we experience at each visit.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. I had to edit this to include this detail in my review because it put me in medical danger.

If you're diabetic, I do not recommend you trust being served sugar free drinks here.

Although I asked and confirmed that the flavors added were sugar free, due to diabetes, my blood sugar was way out of my normal range in the morning after drinking the coffee the night before.

WE HOPE THIS IS THE EXCEPTION AND NOT THE WAY THIS LOCATION DOES BUSINESS.

☆▪︎STAFF Strangely, we were not greeted as we normally are at other locations.

Maybe the staff was having a bad day...? But there's no excuse for giving someone an extra sugary drink when they've asked for sugar free due to diabetes.

☆▪︎FOOD / TEMP One of our coffees was way too milky, so we asked for a remake and asked for no ice because the cup was crammed with ice.

SO IN ESSENCE THE COST OF HALF OF THE DRINK AT DUTCH BROTHERS IS FOR THE ICE?

BUT WAIT, IN THE MORNING I FOUND MY SUGAR READINGS WERE SUPER HIGH. SO DUTCH BROS DID NOT USE SUGAR FREE FLAVORS!
