We accidentally put the wrong address, called the driver because their number wouldn’t go through and kept hanging up and he told us he’ll speak to the store to see if he could deliver the food to the right place. He never came to us nor did he call us back to let us know what was going on and it’s been an hour. I was finally able to call the restaurant, the guy told us they don’t deliver to my address but they always did and we didn’t even understand why the guy told us that, so we asked if we could pick it up and he told us it was okay. We went there in less than 5 minutes after we called, we’ve followed the instructions since they don’t allow customers in the restaurant, tried calling the store for someone to bring out the food out and once again the call wouldn’t go through, we got the delivery guy and he tried and the guy who was at the front desk wouldn’t answer and was all the way in the back WITH HIS AIRPODS IN!!! He saw us and ignored us!! My boyfriend waited outside in the cold for a good 10 minutes and tried getting his attention!!! Another driver came and we told him so he got the guy and the guy told him their closed and they don’t have any orders! Read moreI am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at Domino’s. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and cinnamon bread twists for takeout. I picked up the order, drove home, and waited an hour for my girlfriend to get home so we could enjoy the meal together. When we finally opened the bread twists, instead of the cinnamon ones I ordered, we found garlic bread twists. Completely wrong and disappointing.
I immediately called the store to resolve the issue, and to my surprise, the manager was incredibly rude. They showed no interest in fixing the mistake, offering zero solution, and outright refused to remake the cinnamon bread twists. It’s mind-boggling that a company would fail so miserably at basic customer service, especially when they made the error in the first place.
This experience has completely soured my view of Domino’s. It’s not just about the food—it's the lack of accountability and poor customer service that’s unforgivable. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again, and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere if you expect any kind of quality service or respect...
Read moreA while ago I left a rather scathing review about how bad the quality had been. Cold food, rude drivers, drivers who show up late, drivers who DON'T SHOW UP... Who I assume was the franchise owner actually reached out to me to personally apologize, which I appreciated, but my bad review was going to stay up until things got better.
I'm glad to say it looks like things have gotten better.
Last few deliveries I had were by a polite and friendly driver, my deliveries remained hot when they arrived, my deliveries arrived on time, basically everything that I complained about being done wrong was all done right, and during the holidays, no less! Like that's the hardest time of year to be a delivery driver of any kind! I was really desperate to be ordering from Dominos because nobody else was delivering around the holidays. I had not had good experiences in the past with this location, so I was expecting to have problems, and I was very reluctant to order from them.
But now that I've had a few very positive experiences, I'll be ordering more...
