Dunkin' — Restaurant in Methuen

I would only give them a half a star if I could. They can't make an ice coffee for the life of them. I have been going there for years and watched them get worse and worse. When I order my coffee on the dark side and it looks like cream there's a problem. All the employees that actually cared and were good people are gone, either fired by the newest manager or quit because of her. I went through a week ago asked for 2 coffees a certain way and pulled up to the window, the kid at the window was not wearing a mask and sweat pouring down his face told me my total and I paid. Then he handed me a lg ice when I asked for a med. I told him that I ordered a med and he said well we made the wrong size and only charged for a med so I was good. So I'm thinking ok, I then continued to wait for the other, it took a few mins for the other, I looked at the tag on the lg and it was completely wrong. When he came back with the second one, I told him that I didn't think it was mine and showed him the tag, he took the large back, set it off to the side and went and made my coffee. When he came back the coffee looked like colored cream. I then told him it was not right and then he copped an attitude. I then told him I would go inside and wait since there was a line. When I pulled up, I saw him hand the coffee that he gave me to the person behind me. 1st of all, he doesn't know if I drank from it, also covid people! If I was positive now I just gave it to him and he inturned gave it to the person behind me! When I went inside he slid the coffee on the counter to me and just walked away. The coffee was still wrong. I was so annoyed that I just took it and walked away. The employees are just rude, brew the ice coffee wrong and won't calibrate machines so most likely you won't get your ice coffee correct. I worked at dunkin's so I know how things are supposed to done. I don't recommend this...

This location at 147 pelham st , is the most inconsistent, rude ,mislead . I gave up going here because 8 outta 10 times my order was wrong . I gave them a chance again and again . My ice coffee tastes like it's a week old or , Today's coffee water and milk ...can't tell you how many times I've gone back home to fix it . Same goes with the muffins, donuts .. you can choke a horse with them. They don't throw out anything like they are suppose too. Yes I have talked to the Manger when she ask me where have you been . I explained to her 8 outta 10 times coffee is wrong, muffin was hard as a rock and had to toss it ... at 530 in the morning I don't have time for you to get it wrong so I drive to next exit and get my coffee there , in the morning , on the way home . 7 days a week . Thank you for sucking now ill save money and just make it at home . Everyone knows this place is rude , crude , dirty, will screw up your order 90%...

This dunkins is racist. I pulled up the same time as the car in front of me. Both of our windows were down and I heard the lady say hi in 3 different languages. The man in the car in front of me was spanish. So he ordered and at the end she said you can pull up to the window now and I hope you have a wonderful day today. I thought to myself wow this is a very friendly Dunkin’ Donuts because most of the employees are normally miserable. So when I pulled up to order I got a hi what can I get you. With a completely different tone. So I ordered and as I was ordering I noticed there was a camera next to the mic so clearly they can see what race the person is ordering. When I finished she just says you can pull up. I’m a white woman and I think everyone deserves to be treated the same. I should have got the same speech as the Man in front of me!
